Brad has won numerous awards for his cooking. He has appeared on “The Today Show” and has also been featured twice in “Gourmet Traveller”.

This classic Sicilian Dessert is made with an outer layer of Italian Vanilla and inner layers of Chocolate Gelato and Sicilian cassata which is a creamy gelato with almond praline and glazed fruit folded through. This handmade dessert is then finished with an inner core of sponge soaked in liqueur
